Evanescence Singing "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" - (2012)
A video tweeted by Evanescence's leading lady Amy Lee. It shows when the band and crew were at a Mexican restaurant (while in Peru) singing "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" with Troy playing the guitar.
However, Amy apparently forgot the lyrics and sang "the something sleeps tonight"

Birthday Wishes for Tim McCord (2012)
Bassist Tim McCord got birthday wishes from Evanescence and crew. They sang a happy birthday song and threw some flowers at him. Tim celebrated his 33rd birthday on June 28, 2012, and he revealed on twitter that he shares the same birthday as actor John Cusack.

Will Hunt Drum Stick Trick Fail - Jakarta Concert (2012)
I was there, but didn't notice that.
Will stated in some interviews that "Going Under" is one of his favorite songs to play live.

Amy Lee Broke the Keyboard - Athens Concert (2012)
This video was uploaded by a fan when they were playing in Greece, June 2012. You can watch how Amy accidentaly broke the keyboard during "The Other Side". She then immediately continued singing and rocking out without it.
In various interviews, she revealed that long ago those kind of mistakes would embarrass her, and that she would make other mistakes after that.
She now considers mistakes like that as a funny thing. Drummer Will Hunt once also dropped his drum stick while rocking out in Jakarta.

Funny Interview - Amy Lee and Goth Boy (Audio) (2003)
A funny audio interview with Amy Lee by a made-up character named "Goth boy" of WNCI backstage in 2003. Even though Amy Lee is not goth and Evanescence consider themselves more as an alternative rock band, in this interview she was being sarcastic. You can also hear her singing "Baby Bumble Bee" with the Goth boy.
One of the sarcasms was this:
Goth boy : "...what is your favorite color?"
Amy : "Well, if black counts as a color in this bright, disgusting world, I'll have to say black. But if not black, the deepest purple."
In this interview, when asked if she ever got Britney Spears in an alley, she would tie Britney Spears' neck with her corset.
However, after an Evanescence fan made fun of Britney on YouTube using Evanescence's song "Everybody's Fool", Amy wrote on a discussion board that she would NEVER want her picture or Evanescence's music connected to something based on getting enjoyment out of someone else's pain.
Will Hunt - Hot Sauce Bet (2008)
At that time (2008), Will was actually not touring with Evanescence as he was hired from March 2007 to December 2007 to finish the band's "The Open Door" tour. In 2009, Will played a one-off show with Evanescence in Brazil, and he came back as a full time drummer for Evanescence in 2011.
